Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. As part of the respected Resilium Partners and Envest Group, we are known for our professionalism and client service.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Advisory - Offer tailored insurance solutions for home, motor, landlord, and other personal lines.
  • Relationship Management - Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
  • Policy Management - Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims support with efficiency and professionalism.
  • New Business Development - Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio through referrals and community engagement.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience within general insurance.
  • Strong Communication and relationship-building skills.
