Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Development- Create and maintain a culture valuing development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
- Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve people, performance, and operational goals.
- Provide regular feedback emphasizing professional development and internal progression.
- Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience using CLASS sales techniques and relevant customer service methods.
- Drive sales performance aligned with retail goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Support the Store Manager in planning VM guides according to guidelines.
- Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss opportunities and develop action plans.
- Act as manager on duty during RDO and annual leave.
