The Role
  • Provide visionary leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability among teams.

  • Promote sustainable fundraising and donor engagement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results.

  • Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and best practices, upholding the highest standards of governance.
  • Represent the organization nationally and internationally at events and advocacy platforms, showcasing its commitment to its mission.
  • Ensure operational sustainability, overseeing financial management and resource allocation.
  • Partner with the Board on strategy, governance, and organizational growth, contributing to the organization's long-term success.
Required Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in corporate fundraising, donor engagement, and stakeholder relationship management, with a strong understanding of regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and software, including CRM systems, productivity platforms, and emerging technologies like AI, to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Public speaking experience with diverse audiences, with a ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • A deep commitment to Christian faith and the organization's mission, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
