Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at our Lorna Jane Sunshine Plaza store.

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
  • Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading
