Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our front-line support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients.
You will handle technical phone and email enquiries, work with our Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries, and liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintaining accurate records and documents relating to customer activity is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs.
