About the Role:

We seek a seasoned attorney to provide commercial contracting advice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with professionals to negotiate high-value pursuits and agreements.
  • Work closely with colleagues globally on complex contracting initiatives.
  • Deliver proactive legal advice as a trusted advisor within our function.

Requirements:

  • An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years' post-admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
