Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to provide relief support and lead our venue teams across Regional Queensland.

Primary Objectives:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of all hotel/venue operations and employees.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Effectively manage budgets and expenses, analyzing financial information and monitoring sales and profits.
  • Nurture relationships within the community to foster loyalty and understand customer and community needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote venue services.
Requirements:
  • Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, training, motivational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • High personal presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Availability to work varied hospitality hours.
  • Able to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work independently.
