Regional Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to provide relief support and lead our growing venue teams across Regional Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage all hotel/venue operations and employees. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, analyzing and reporting on key business metrics, managing budgets and expenses, and developing effective marketing strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication.
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Availability to work hospitality hours.
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised.
- Thorough understanding of P&L management.
- Management experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments.
