Regional Venue Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to provide relief support and lead our venue teams across regional Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in high-volume environments.
Job Description- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on key business metrics to drive continuous improvement of hotel operations.
- Manage budgets and expenses, analyzing financial information and monitoring sales and profits.
- Nurture relationships within the community to encourage loyalty and understand customer and community needs.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services.
- Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication.
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised.
- Thorough understanding of P&L management.
- Management experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments.
