Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to provide relief support and lead our venue teams across Regional Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is willing to work across multiple venues for varied durations.

About the Role
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on key business metrics to ensure continuous improvement of hotel operations.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, analyze financial information, and monitor sales and profits.
  • Network within the community to foster loyalty and understand customer and community needs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services.
Key Requirements
  • A current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG.
  • Strong leadership, training, motivational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • High personal presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Availability to work hospitality hours.
  • Ability to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised.
  • A thorough understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Management experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments.
