Nightfill Manager Role

As a Nightfill Manager, you will have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department. Your primary goal is to ensure deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked, and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

This position requires someone who can lead, coach, and develop their team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

  • To be flexible with evening working hours.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be responsible for ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met. Additionally, you will drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
