About the Role

We are looking for a Night Manager at UniLodge Kensington, to work on a permanent part-time basis. The role requires adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage overnight operations, resident safety, and building management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Monitor building security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve issues or emergencies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, payments, audits, and reporting.
  • Manage incidents, grievances, and conflicts effectively during the night shift.
  • Support residents with assistance, information, and welfare inquiries.
  • Respond to calls regarding noise, disturbances, and lockouts.
  • Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as required.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Availability for either 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM shifts
