We are seeking an experienced night manager to oversee all overnight operations, ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer service experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Night Manager at UniLodge Kensington, to work on a permanent part-time basis. The role requires adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage overnight operations, resident safety, and building management.

Your Responsibilities

- Monitor building security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve issues or emergencies.

- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, payments, audits, and reporting.

- Manage incidents, grievances, and conflicts effectively during the night shift.

- Support residents with assistance, information, and welfare inquiries.

- Respond to calls regarding noise, disturbances, and lockouts.

- Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand

- National Police Check (within 3 months)

- Working with Children Check (NSW)

- First Aid & CPR Certificates

- Availability for either 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM shifts
