Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As the leader of our fresh produce department, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent department standards
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Maintaining excellent stock management, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Driving a one team culture which celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing

  • Direct leadership experience and ability to lead, coach and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
