Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Night Auditor with previous experience in a similar role. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk during overnight hours, balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and controlling access to the property.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception desk from 11pm to 7am, handling check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls.
  • Cross-check and balance all daily transactions for accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, and monthly trading results.
  • Ensure accurate charges for room revenues and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Control after-hours access to the property, maintaining security and integrity.
Requirements
  • Prior Front Office experience with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a Night Audit position is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with Fidelio or other hotel management systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and practices.
  • Holding a current Victorian manual driver's license is essential.
  • A Current RSA certificate is highly desirable.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including superannuation, professional development opportunities, and a fun and inclusive work environment.
