Sample Receipt Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist management in maintaining our analytical capabilities by sorting samples, registering them in SLIM, and providing support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorting samples upon arrival and ensuring they are correctly identified, labelled, and stored.
  • Registering samples in SLIM and cross-checking entries for accuracy.
  • Providing assistance to the team, including logging in and out of systems.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure customer-focused services are delivered.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Commercial laboratory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and willingness to perform physical tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility with work rosters.
