Job Description\

As a Tele Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality and service standards meet our customer requirements.

\

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Retail space, performing Tele Underwriting and Tele Interviews that drive business outcomes.

\

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly telephone manner, and a motivation to succeed.

  • Perform tele interview and tele underwriting calls as required
  • Respond to all Retail enquiries pertaining to Tele Underwriting & Tele Interviews
  • Plan, organize and balance Tele Interview schedules
  • Ensure all work is completed to agreed service levels and quality standards
\Key Responsibilities\
  • Escalate and resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Liaise with various departments to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify trends and provide feedback to prevent reoccurrence
