About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on human resource matters, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Lead a team of human resource professionals to deliver high-quality services and support to employees.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and change management. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to think strategically and act tactically.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and legislation.
