About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce and driving excellence in people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction on human resource management matters to senior management and executive levels.
  • Lead a team of human resource professionals and indirect HR staff to achieve business outcomes.
  • Formulate and implement complex HR projects and initiatives, including investigations and research.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, and awards to deliver business outcomes.
  • Manage complex projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve community health outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in human resource management. You will have a strong understanding of HR trends, risk management, and complex issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key advisor to our Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management, you will play a critical role in advancing the strategic objectives of SA Health and our Local Health Network.
