Job Overview

The Operational Site Manager will play a key role in supporting the site to achieve volume, quality, and efficiency standards in the printing, inserting, packaging, and dispatch of products with safety as top priority.

This is a leadership position that requires driving a high-performance culture to generate high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include identifying and project managing process and cost reduction initiatives across Press and Publishing, holding accountability for production output on shift, and diagnosing and resolving production issues where required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record leading a team in a small operational site with heavy machinery and equipment. Excellent leadership skills, knowledge of performance evaluation, strong decision-making skills, and a results-driven approach are essential. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate technical awareness and understanding of publishing and printing equipment (or similar) and have a proven track record in leading Health and Safety.
