At McColl's Transport, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders in the transportation and logistics industry. Our Graduate Program is a 2-year development program designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this dynamic and exciting field.

The program is structured around two core elements: Operational Divisions and Strategy and Analytics. In the Operational Divisions, graduates will rotate through each of our four operating units, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of our business. In the Strategy and Analytics team, graduates will learn and practice general business skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.

We are looking for smart and resourceful future leaders who are passionate about transportation and logistics or agriculture. To thrive in this role, you will be intelligent and perceptive, energetic and outgoing, capable with technology, and confident and determined. You will have passed in a field of study such as Commerce or Business, Engineering, Business Analytics, Science, or Commercial Law, and be able to make a strong case for how your different path has made you a strong candidate to join McColl's.

Our Graduate Program is a comprehensive post-university experience that will help you develop good habits and prepare you for the next stage of your career. We are confident that our program will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through each of our four operating units, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of our business.
  • Learn and practice general business skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Build a network of contacts and relationships within the company.
  • Contribute to the development of the company through improvement projects and initiatives.
