">The Role
">We're seeking a casual team member.
">Someone who is available to work 30 hours per week with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support.
">Key Responsibilities
">Accessing the community for shopping, appointments, and day-to-day activities.
">Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities, and excursions.
">Engagement in social events.
">Transportation assistance where required.
">Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports.
">Your role will go beyond daily care - you will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

">Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain).
">Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain).
">NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).
