Job Description

Providing Support to Clients

We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans. The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming, and provide transportation assistance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
