As a casual support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to access the community for shopping, appointments, and day-to-day activities, participating in scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities, and excursions, engaging in social events, transportation assistance where required, and meal preparation and other simple in-home supports.

Your role will go beyond daily care – you will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
