Job Opportunity: Assistant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Director. This is a key role in which you will work closely with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early learning and care, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team, mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, and managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in developing and implementing strategies to improve centre operations.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
