Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of centre team members, promoting growth and succession planning.
  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Implement key initiatives and best practices as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide.
