As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Calliope:

You will be joining a close-knit, 75-place centre with a well-established, family-oriented team that values strong connections between home, the community and the centre. Our diverse staff includes speakers of Tagalog and Mandarin, enriching our community with their linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Excitingly, we have a yard upgrade underway to enhance outdoor learning experiences for the children, providing them with even more opportunities to explore and grow.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
