About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced early learning professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, inspiring and motivating your team, and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Be accountable for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of services and operations
  • Implement best practices and policies in line with organisational guidelines
