We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud and Infrastructure professional to fill a key role in our organization.
Job Overview:- Provide expert-level technical support for Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth).
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, including provisioning and maintaining Azure Virtual Machines and Storage Accounts.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies and on-premise infrastructure, including VMware vCenter in a multi-cluster environment.
- Familiarity with Dell VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Some experience supporting a hybrid endpoint management environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Exposure to co-management scenarios with Intune and MECM.
- Mid-Senior level experience in cloud and infrastructure support.
- Proven track record of providing excellent technical support and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a strong passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
