Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced engineer to fill a full-time permanent role in Queensland, Australia. The primary responsibility of this position will be to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and develop cloud infrastructure environments.
- Install and manage IT and network infrastructure equipment.
- Migrate, provision, and support Enterprise Ethernet solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to clients remotely and on-site.
- Perform network monitoring, testing, upgrades, and configuration.
- Monitor and report on system availability, performance, and security.
- Microsoft certifications and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in telecommunications or related fields.
- Industry-recognised qualifications.
- Ability to resolve hardware faults on network peripherals, telecommunication systems, and related devices.
- Capability to provide Level 2 support for networks, firewalls, routing, switching, and security.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
