We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team. Our boutique aged care facility is dedicated to providing a supportive and friendly environment for residents.
As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes following individual care plans, administering medication, and maintaining a safe living environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, effective communication skills, and a genuine desire to care for frail aged people. You will also need to be willing to work a variety of shifts and have immediate availability to start.
