About the Role

This position involves creating a welcoming environment for children aged 5-12 years old at our Adam Road service. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and delivering exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program.

You will work split shifts Monday - Friday across our services' opening hours, with opportunities for extra hours during school holidays.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children and has a positive impact.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently.
  • Works well in a team and aims to progress into leadership roles.
  • Has or can obtain National Police Check and Working with Children check.
  • Meets Australian work rights requirements.
