    This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to enhance operational risk awareness and culture across various divisions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen controls end-to-end, conduct thorough investigations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operational risk management, assurance, regulatory engagement, or regulatory reporting. They should be able to effectively collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and possess strong problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and ability to grasp complex concepts.

  • Main Responsibilities

    • Supporting Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting:

      The role will involve supporting all divisions in their contributions to non-financial regulatory reporting from initial trade execution to report submission.

    • Proactive Improvement and Change Implementation:

      The successful candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Incident Investigation and Recommendations:

      They will conduct thorough control assurance activities, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure continuous learning and growth.

    • Culture Development and Resilience:

      The candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience within the team by promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adaptability.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience and Expertise:

      The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operational risk management, assurance, regulatory engagement, or regulatory reporting.
