About this role

The Logistics Administrator position is responsible for the provision of logistical services and support to our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking deliveries and managing materials issues.
  • Allocating time slots and orders to operators.
  • General filing and housekeeping duties.
  • Use of SAP system for record-keeping and inventory management.

Additionally, you will be required to walk through areas and move or carry a box on occasions. You will also deal with various teams, including warehouse, procurement, and suppliers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in logistics and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual who can multitask effectively. Experience in logistics and warehousing is highly desirable, but not essential.

This is a full-time contract opportunity located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Monday to Friday work starts at either 7 am or 8 am.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP system and logistics software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
