Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Groups Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging trips for groups of 10 up to 400, catering to diverse clients including conferences, corporate incentives, sporting bodies, and large family groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a customer advocate, providing tailored travel solutions and expert advice on flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and insurance.
  • Work towards business objectives and incentive targets, prioritizing building strong customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of global distribution systems, focusing on speed and efficiency to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously seeking new ways to improve customer experiences and increase sales.
  • Manage multiple bookings simultaneously, utilizing organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and expertise, driving business growth and success.
