Frontline Service Champion

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons at the Waterworld Aquatic Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to counter, phone, and cafe enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and services to enhance customer experience.
- Lead and support team members to foster a positive environment that promotes ownership and accountability.
- Coordinate with management to schedule times for hire groups effectively.
- Assist with inquiries, complaints, and special needs to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Support aquatic program staff by providing relevant information to ensure smooth operations and proper use of designated areas.
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A Child Safe Environments Certificate
- The ability to provide First Aid
- Availability to work shifts throughout the year
- Adaptability to changing circumstances
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
