Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to counter, phone, and cafe enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and support team members to foster a positive environment that promotes ownership and accountability.
  • Coordinate with management to schedule times for hire groups effectively.
  • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and special needs to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
  • Support aquatic program staff by providing relevant information to ensure smooth operations and proper use of designated areas.
Requirements:
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A Child Safe Environments Certificate
  • The ability to provide First Aid
  • Availability to work shifts throughout the year
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances
