To continue our success, we are looking for a
**Frontline Manager - Raw Materials** who will be responsible for the purchase of raw, packaging, and indirect materials to service production requirements at the
**Regency Park** site. This role is responsible for managing and supporting the Raw Materials/Environmental team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, and welfare of our people.
- Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.
- Manage all raw material & indirect material stock requirements.
- Order and receipt materials as required to manage stock levels.
- Troubleshoot all associated issues, including vendor follow up.
- Forecast all cost elements within area of responsibility.
- Plan AOP for all cost elements within area of responsibility.
- Maintain SAP in accordance with changes to SKU's, Contracts, Supplier lists, etc.
- Manage Raw Materials Store Team and Raw Materials Store.
- Manage Site Services including but not limited to, Site Security System & Waste Management Account.
- Maintain high level of knowledge on SAP and manage SAP training for all stakeholders on site.
- Ensure reasonable instruction is given in relation to HACCP
- Comply with the site Anti-Contamination Policy to ensure the food safety of The Smiths Snackfood company's product
- Actively participate in site continuous improvement initiatives and process.
- As a control owner, it's the responsibility to keep the test scripts updates and execute the control as designed, all failures to be remediated timely and updated to sub process owner for any change in the process.
Qualifications:
- Ability to set budgets and manage area within a tight framework.
- Competent with Materials Management module in SAP.
- Skilled in all other SAP modules.
- Ability to analyse issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to plan and coordinate several simultaneous work activities.
- Ability to efficiently work under pressure and effectively react to business changes.
- Sound interpersonal and communications skills.
