Role Overview

As a Customer Service Team Member at Bunnings, you will be the face of our company, providing a friendly and helpful service to every customer who walks through our doors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer experience counts, making sure they have access to the tools and advice they need to succeed in their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the store
  • Manage stock effectively, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the checkout registers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive team culture
