About the Role

This role offers a challenging and dynamic caseload, working closely with award-winning partners to deliver exceptional results for clients. You will have the opportunity to manage a varied range of cases, including public liability matters, and work with a dedicated team of paralegals and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of defendant workers' compensation cases, leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to handle cases for leading institutions, including WorkCover and self-insured employers.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years post-admission experience (candidates up to 12 years PAE will be considered).
  • Current employment at Associate or Senior Associate level.
  • Demonstrated background in defending workers' compensation or public liability matters.
  • Strong technical skills and a solutions-focused approach.
