Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our Surgical Services team at Northpark Private Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute surgical nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team in the Surgical Ward and Day Surgery Unit
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
