Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Northpark Hospital. As a key member of our Perioperative Services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to the Perioperative Services team to ensure the delivery of evidence-based nursing care.
- Assist the Perioperative Services Manager in the leadership and clinical support of the theatre team.
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care to ensure efficient and effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Accountable for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
- Experience in the Acute setting/relevant to position advanced skills (at least 12 months experience in ENT & Maxillofacial)
- Degree in relevant specialty area
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritisation
- Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office and various databases
