Effective Logistics and Procurement Coordinator

As a Logistics and Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and freight logistics functions. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers across Europe, China, and the US, as well as coordinating domestic and international purchasing, freight, and distribution activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to track and follow up on orders and freight movements using spreadsheeting systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate domestic and international purchasing, freight, and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
The Logistics and Procurement Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that purchasing and freight logistics activities are aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in logistics and procurement environments, with intermediate+ skills in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
This is a permanent full-time role with 38 hours/week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a negotiable remuneration based on skills and experience.
