Job Title

Housekeeping Supervisor is a key role within our hotel operations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain departmental rosters, room allocations, and conduct regular checks to ensure rooms are maintained to brand standards.
  • Coordinate the housekeeping team to achieve efficient daily tasks and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Able to follow instructions from management and execute tasks independently.
  • Friendly and respectful towards guests and team members.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft suite, HubOS, and Opera Cloud.
  • Previous experience working as a housekeeping supervisor is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
