Project Officer, Strategic Support


Job Summary

This role supports regional health workforce projects and policy initiatives. You will lead and manage a project team to deliver, monitor, and evaluate the expansion of the NSW Rural Generalist Single Employer Pathway and other regional health workforce projects.

The successful candidate will provide strategic policy, planning, project, and change management support to facilitate achievement of organisational and government objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of project development, implementation, and delivery of the NSW Rural Generalist Single Employer Pathway.
  • Lead and provide support on additional workforce and regional healthcare projects as directed by the Director.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Develop, analyse, and evaluate policy and projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work in a small dynamic team environment.
