Rural Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a Rural Product Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise to clients across a range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate product information and advice to customers in-store, on farm, and over the phone.
  • Ensure the presentation of the store is organized and tidy.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize product availability.
  • Accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Coordinate and assist with the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock.
About You:
  • You have previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in agricultural products.
  • You possess a strong understanding of agricultural seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Suite and operating POS systems.
  • You hold a current MR license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or are willing to obtain).
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong communication skills.
