Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned finance professional is sought to drive strategic growth in a dynamic industrial manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have prior CFO or equivalent senior finance experience within a small to medium manufacturing environment.

The selected individual will lead the finance function, partner with the CEO and Board on financial strategy, and foster strong relationships onsite. They will be responsible for developing and implementing forward-looking financial strategies, budgeting, 3-Way forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA or CPA Qualified
  • Prior CFO or equivalent senior finance role within a small to medium manufacturing environment
  • Industry sector experience in Manufacturing (industrial ideally), Engineering or similar

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of all financial principles, with experience in IT infrastructure, software, and cybersecurity being advantageous but not essential.
