Our client specialises in the end-to-end development and construction of hotels, commercial buildings, retail spaces and medical services.

The company is creating commercial and precinct master planning, underpinned by environment, social and governance (ESG) principles and a long-term investment horizon.

**The centrepiece of this senior appointment is to build your team to plan and execute the financial returns of each project.**

**About You**:

- **Strong background in feasibility studies and financial modelling**:

- **Understanding of hotel funding exercises**:

- **Create budgets and forecasts of hotel revenue and P&L's**:

- **Understanding of the hotel development from the initial green field**:

- **Hiring of individual property managers and senior management**:

- **Able to manage several projects at the same time**:

- **Strengthen relationships between teams, banks, investment companies, CEO and 3rd parties**:

- **Provide decisive leadership within the head office and on sites**:

- **Able to foresee risk factors through analytical skills and team performances**:

- **Working heavily on due diligence and feasibility studies**:

- **Be precise & on time with accurate financial reports, fore**:

- **Reporting to the CEO**

**Salary**: $220,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Financial modelling background (required)
- Has worked a a CFO, Assistant CFO or Group Finance manager (required)
- Hospitality experiences (required)
- Expert in die diligence and feasibility studies (required)
