Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Drive programs from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the program lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Provide input into resource allocation across projects, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Establish clear reporting structures and mechanisms to provide regular updates on program status, milestones, and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
