Legal Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne's CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal profession and has a strong sense of multi-tasking, complex problem-solving, and exceptional client relations skills.

About the Role

  • Manage diaries and appointments with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage reports and files with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional phone support and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Liaise closely with Partners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate team events and meetings with ease.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary.
  • A strong Property Law background is highly desirable.
  • An unwavering calm, cool, and collected mindset for success in this role.
