This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Legal Assistant to join this highly regarded Melbourne law firm and further develop their career in Commercial law. This role would suit someone who is keen to work 4 days per week.

If you enjoy working in a positive and supportive team, then this varied role will definitely appeal.

Providing comprehensive
**secretarial and administrative support to Partners & Lawyers **within the Corporate & Commercial team, some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- diary management and arranging appointments
- word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
- filing and indexing of original legal documents
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- liaising with clients
- general administrative tasks (some relief reception may also be required)

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
- previous legal secretarial experience ideally in corporate & commercial law
- advanced MS Word and typing skills
- a keen eye for detail
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
